ORDER

From the moment the order is confirmed, "L'Atelier della Danza SHOP" reserves a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of payment for processing.

N.B. in case of request for " tailored " sizes, remember to communicate your measurements in the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" section that you find in the cart at the time of purchase.

PRICE

"L'Atelier della Danza SHOP" reserves the right to change the prices of the products on sale, excluding those already ordered.

RETURNS, CHANGE e ANNULMENT

Once you have placed your order, you can cancel it or make changes within 24 hours of it being processed, by sending a request to info@atelierdelladanza.it

Upon receipt of the order, a preliminary check is made on the status of the product.

Complaints will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt of the goods.

In case of defective items, it will be possible to exchange the product, agreeing the terms by telephone first. The product will be accepted only if it is returned intact, in its packaging and with the original label. Once these requirements have been ascertained, we will collect the package with our courier and return the replacement product. If the returned items do not comply with the required requirements, the product will not be exchanged and will be returned at the customer's expense.

In the event of an incorrect choice of sizes or colors (excluding made-to-measure garments) of the product received, you can request a change of goods only if it is returned intact in its packaging and equipped with the original label, with shipping and return costs charged to the customer.

SHIPMENT

BRT is the courier to whom we entrust our shipments, both for Italy and abroad. 

"L'Atelier della Danza SHOP" does not provide any type of refund for delays, loss or damage caused by the courier during transport. Therefore disclaims any liability due to third parties. 

You will receive by e-mail a Tracking code which will confirm the departure / traceability of your order.

PRODUCT CARE

To preserve the quality of our products it is advisable to follow the "washing guide" indicated on the label. 

Multi-colored garments should not be left in the water for a long time.
